Mount Joy Minnie is a plush groundhog who makes an annual weather prediction for Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. She wakes up bright and early each February 2 to host a hot chocolate, coffee, and doughnut breakfast at the town clock, where her handlers read her official proclamation and judge a fun hat contest.
